Instead of visiting this hospital visit near by any clinic , if you have a corporate insurance, then they got an opportunity to loot it, they will make bill for maximum. And they won’t provide minimum facilities. They call deluxe ward , there is nothing, even there won’t be a  chair for attender. If we ask them to provide, they simply say patient will infect. , so we won’t provide. And comes to maintenance you have to ask them frequently for housekeeping. This hospital deserve zero star but I don’t have option.

This is the worst hospital they will loot all your money, please be very careful before going to this hospital and it’s my request don’t go this hospital ever…. My mother admitted due to Dengue, and they experimented with all tests (Unnecessary test’s). We took a private room, and they charge room charges-INR2,500(AC will never work in any of their rooms and with out hot water in washroom)

Duty Doctor-INR 1200(They are really good)
3 Consultants visits every day- INR 2,100 (DR. Akshatha visits @ 10AM, DR. Manjunath visits @ 5-6PM and Finally again DR. Akshatha visits @ 6:30PM to 7:00PM) and they charge for every visit INR 750). When I asked them why again 3rd visit is required, they it is there protocols and DR. Akshatha doesn’t even spends for a 1-2mins with patients, and she will suggest unnecessary tests to patient so that hospital can make money.

Service Charges INR 500- They say these charges for housekeeping, and they don’t keep room in hygiene condition in room, no hand wash, no Soaps or towel to patients and hot water doesn’t come in their washroom and they clean the room only once a day and bucket & Jug was not clean.

INR 100- For removal of Garbage in the room.

Oxygen- My mother was not in need of Oxygen, she was breathing absolutely fine still they insisted her to take the Oxygen and she used for 4 to 5 hours for 2 days, and they charged INR 5,000.

Nursing Charges 1250 INR- Nursing team they don’t respond, especially in the night times.

In total they charge Around 8,000 Approx per day- Room Charges (2,500) + Doctor Visiting Charges (2,100) + Duty Doctor Charges (1,200) + Nursing Charges (1250) + Service Charges (500) + Garbage removal (100) + Unnecessary tests.

They will not let you to take non-medical things from outside hospital and they insist you to take from their pharmacy, but they will let you to take any type of foods to patient from outside and it is their protocol.

My mom got admitted, very bad service and no proper facility in the general ward and not even a single chair to sit to attendees. If this is the case, the amount they charge is not acceptable with the facility they give.

All doctors and staff reacted immediately and today he is safe

They have paid reviews. They will loot all your money on random tests that has to do nothing with the disease without even consulting. I admitted my dad as it thought it was an emergency and they took an advantage of that.
